From their cross-bred pulpits They rant and they rave In the name of some kind of holy They all but made her an undignified slave A handful of "men" throughout history In the shadows of so-called sin Demonizing all good things feminine No power for her in their church Second tier in their society Did you hear? Them and their pious hypocrisy Behind closed suits and frocks Centuries of lies and debauchery Covered and tucked away Yea, That is the righteous way The word as it was written Now then, children let us pray What's in a woman? The truth is here or there Not sitting up above It is a tad amusing The irony Someday Someday divine water may yet Cleanse and drown the See And in turn explode that myth of virginity What's in a woman?
