Black Star - Tar Black

They came in fast
Crossing a shadowy Rubicon
They came in hard
Hate fuelled killers
Raiding the guardian's ancestral yard

A mission of destruction
Marauders
Somebody's “will” to be done
Intoxicated on the coldest rage
Dragons
Sneaking from Dante's book a page
Bestowing nightmarish dreams
Silvery Mers, bare midriffs
Red sky-filled anguished screams
Angels dying
Angel tears
Falling on brute deaf lepidote ears

Deed accomplished
The guilty flew
Far and wide
They flew
Across deep and layered space
They flew
Far, far distant place
Per chance
Per choice
They flew
A milky third world
Rich green and blue
Ended up
They flew
They flew

There is a massing at the gates
A long hungry line
Bloodthirsty Slayers
From the vaunted midnight colored vine
Gleefully treading water
Vengeance marred faces
Battle seasoned laughter
Awaiting cue
Dragon Slayers
En masse at the gates of the village Bruw

Ferocious
Tall and lean
Ferocious
Grave and mean
Muscles sculpted steel
Ferocious
Daemon eyes burning with a predator's zeal
His anger swirling around and within
Like a great northern gale
From ridged forehead
To brawny tail
Dressed in his natural sack
Asphalt times ten unnatural black
In for a penny
In for a pound
Black Star
Tar Black
The celestial hunter is in town

City of night
The left
The middle
The right
Shaded warriors
In rapacious flight
They will fight
They will fight

I am the malefic Versifier
NecroWmancer
