It's an exam most of us invariably fail
An exercise in futility
Wasting time on one while the good ship sails
Away
A victim of your nature and society
A willing participant in a hurtful parody
Duped by your very own phantom
Bewitched by a faux impression
The truth is a lie
What you need to see can't be seen with an eye

The Key when found
Won't turn on a dime
Won't commit that horrible crime
Of betrayal
They “key” my friend is all kinds of special
It's something you rarely stumble on
By choice or hit and run
But it can be done
If you are foolish, I mean optimistic enough 
To believe that…
There's someone for everyone
Under this yellow sun
It's a healthy and unhealthy view
