If you can have the entire rock
Why settle
For a mere pebble
A page
A few pages
Or a chapter
An incomplete look
If you can take possession of and read the entire universal book

Would you take a leaf or a branch
A shoot
A section of the root
What will it be?
If you can bag it all
The entire damn tree

A house in a village
A mansion in a town
A palace in this or that country
What would you trade
For the master key
And access to all the knowledge
In the forbidden city's great treasury

Measuring your power and your wealth
In Dollars and nonsense
Hiding on your precious earth
Inside your hasty creation
This disgusting and hairy blend
In the beginning
It landed and then there were men
This mostly blind deaf and dumb and now not quite human
Population
Pretending to be Gods
Where is your heaven?
Ye vile collection of extra-terrestrial cads

One cue a bell tolls
A tower rises from the sea
On cue
A tower pulses in the sky
And from the oldest of places
On cue
A new thing will fly

The chosen defender
I am the root
And I will be
The trunk
The branch
The top-most leaf
The entire damn tree

Not one planet
One star
Not one sun or moon
Not a single mountain short or tall
I need everything
Everywhere
I want it all

The heart of your greed and rabid envy
My great gift
The coveted blood of my ancestors
Iguanas, Crocodiles and Dragons
Engels and Daimons
A kiss going back to the beginning of time
My great gift
I'll have it all
Everything that's rightfully mine

And if every one of them has to die
Then so be it
They strutted and banged on the branches
Now let the ripened fruits fall
Wherever
I don't care
Let the ripened fruits fall
No effin survivors
At all cost I'll have it all

All

Addendum:

You want it and I have "it" all, come and take it if you can Motherfkers... JMaCwell All © 2009 Ahkenaton
