New York - WTC
It's a nice night out, so you're taking the long way home.
Soaking up the ocean breeze and the gorgeous starlight.
Walking along the pier, distracted by the panoramic view.
It drops out of nowhere, filling the sky, paralysing you with fright.

Kidnapped, unable to resist, you're beamed directly aboard.
Manhandled like some cheap, cold, chunk of lead.
Dehumanized by these unfeeling bastards, with the overly large,
misshapen eyes and heads.

Examined, probed, poked, scratched, tagged .
Your head still occasionally aches like hell.
Physically and mentally abused, then unceremoniously
dumped in this large somewhat comfy cell.

Surfing the stars in an alien spacecraft.
The thing is so damn fast and so incredibly huge.
Incomprehensible.
You still can't believe anything this size can actually move.

You are not quite alone here, fortunately or unfortunately.
The only homosapien, yes.
Your roommate is butt-ugly, sky-blue, four short arms and a
hideous scar on its chest .

Taken down below to the training complex two,
maybe three times each and every day.
Taught to fight, use strange weapons and computer
systems by a tall slim grey.

Sitting up in your bed now, holding your head, scared.
Reflecting, nothing else to do, as the stars streak by.
Where the hell are they taking you, who or what the
hell will you be fighting and why?

So very, very, far from earth, reality smacks you.
A cold damp kiss.
You were never "alone" room.
Ignorance truly can be bliss.

The ship has stopped stopped moving.
Here comes another Grey.
Arrogant jerks.
We have arrived human, your "quest" begins today.
